DESCRIPTION

Model 3601 is a high voltage power supply for scanning electron microscopes (SEM) that provides up to 30 kV (3601-30) or 50 kV (3601-50) accelerator voltage, 2 kV bias/focus voltage and 5 A for the gun's filament. The bias and filament supplies float at the accelerator voltage. They can be isolated from ground by up to 40 kV, while power input and all controls remain at ground potential. An isolated serial communication link allows an external computer to control and monitor the three supplies. Supplied software includes a Windows graphical user interface and associated DLL. The source code is available from CPS upon request. Customization of these supplies is available; please call for details.
